Abstract:

Objective:

To develop comprehensive, evidence-based clinical charts designed to assist professionals in selecting the appropriate fillers for various facial areas, managing complications effectively and ensuring safe procedures.

Background: The $billions industry of dermal fillers has become an essential aspect of cosmetic dermatology. Hyaluronic acid-based filler products dominate the market due to their effectiveness; however, a variety of alternatives exist.

Methods:

Incorporating insights from extensive literature reviews and expert opinions by our two senior authors, we developed numerical and color-coded charts for filler selection based on G-prime values, an anatomical table with current recommations and best practices, and a comprehensive safety guide dealing with common filler-related complications.

: Selecting the right filler for different facial zones is crucial in achieving desired outcomes. The selection process plays a pivotal role in ensuring favorable results.
